Fresh Start

Hi, everyone and welcome to the new page! I realized it was time for a fresh start and new name. While I do consider myself worthy of princess-ship, it doesn’t have much to do with what this blog is all about. For now, you can still find me at, but my official name is Stronger With Caitlin.

First, I’d like to start with some background information. My name is Caitlin and I’m a NASM-certified Personal Trainer. I’ve been training for the better part of two years and love helping my clients realize their own strength and happiness. This struggle is something I’ve dealt with my entire life. I was a heavy child and was severely overweight until the summer going into my senior year of college when I wanted better for myself. I started working out on the rickety elliptical in my basement, increasing minutes day by day. Once I felt more comfortable and stronger, I experimented with strength training. Combined with a healthier diet, I lost 100 pounds in a year and graduated with more self-confidence than I realized I had in me.
